Introduction to BABOK and the 6 Knowledge Areas 6. Software Development Life Cycle - Waterfall and Agile methodologies 7. Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring 11. Defining Problem Statement and Scope of the overall solution

1. Analysing Current State (AS IS) and Defining Future State (TO BE) 2. Gap analysis and Defining Change Strategy 3. Running requirement workshops 4. Conducting Stakeholder interviews and doing Observations 5. Requirements modelling and analysis 6. Making Swimlane/Activity diagrams (BPMN/UML), Mind Maps, Decision Tables, Data Flow Diagrams and others 7. Writing Functional requirements 8. Prioritising requirements 9.
