What is Personalised support?​

At Business Analysis Upskill we fully understand that the journey doesn't end after completing a training course.
We understand the importance of providing support to our trainees to make their transition into the job market easier.

So that's why we go the extra mile by offering help to our trainees as they go through their journey after the training has ended.

If your course includes 'Personalised support', then we help you in the following ways for up to 1 month after the completion of your training course (see our Terms & Conditions).

The best part - there are no extra charges for this service; it is covered in the training course fee!
1. Resumé review
​
We talk to you to understand your background, skill set, preferences and career objectives.
​
Accordingly, we review your resumé and suggest specific improvements as a crucial step in your journey towards securing a Business Analyst role.
2. Interview preparation
​
We conduct a mock interview and offer individual guidance on some commonly asked Business Analyst related interview questions.
​
Through constructive feedback, we aim to help you perform better in your job interviews.
3. Answering questions
​
It is natural for questions to arise in one's mind after the training course has ended.
​
We provide answers to any specific questions you may have - be it related to the training course, or Business Analysis in general or even related to any other aspect of your Business Analysis journey.
